Things can go wrong, it’s ceramics after all! Maybe your glaze hand was a bit heavy and the combo ran all over the shelf, making our staff work extra hard or perhaps the shelf is toast and must be replaced. Maybe you spilled a bucket of glaze, which is worth time and materials, or perhaps your stilted piece fell over in the kiln and is now stuck to the wall of the kiln. Mistakes happen, and we ask that you are responsible for them when they do because of a mistake on your part. We have a number of levels of payment to cover the cost of the mishap. We will also be charging you if you do not clean your work area, since this is part of your responsibility as a member of the community. We’ll advise which one to choose if we need to have you submit one. Thanks for your understanding.
