Members 1/2 Day Buddy Pass

As a member, you are welcome to bring a Buddy; a guest, child, or collaborating partner for up to 3 hours with a 1/2 Day Guest Pass and all day with a Full Day Pass. Your guest is not allowed to use any equipment they have not been properly trained to use. To request approval for the guest appointment, you should do the following:

1. 1. Fill out and submit a Clay Space Member’s Guest Pass Request Form.
   2. Please be aware that space on the communal table is a priority for members, and Communal members have priority.
   3. Once you receive approval, schedule both you and your guest through the Sign Up Calendar.
   4. You, as the member, are responsible for the safety and actions of your visitor. Please share our waiver & release form with your guest so they understand what is expected.
   5. Your guest can purchase clay and tools from our shop or use your clay and tools. They cannot bring any outside clay. Anything they make must be stored on your shelf until it’s ready to fire.
   6. Your guest should register as a non-member and measure their work using the @$.06 per cubic inch calculator QR code.
   7. You will oversee the processing of their pieces. Please be sure they have their initials on the bottom and follow up with the work coming out of the firings.
   8. Your guest can return to glaze by purchasing another 1/2 Day Guest Pass  or Full Day Pass.
   9. You, as a member, must be present at all times and in the same room in order to make sure everything is used properly and safely.
   10. These visits should be occasional and not include formal instruction.
